During our second term holiday (25 September - 8 October) we organised another kick training session which lasted for two weeks. There were around a dozen students, and we train them in many different kicking drills.
These drills are focused on increasing one's agility, kicking speed and accuracy. They are also good for conditioning the legs, sheens and feet.
We encourage our students to keep practicing what they have been taught during the kicking class; to use these skills as needed and as complements to their Wing Chun knowledge.
