It is with deep sadness that we announce Sifu Gerard Ngawati passed away at the beginning of March this year, due to an unforseen circumstance. Sifu Gerard had dedicated the last eight years teaching Wing Chun at the New Lynn branch. He was a good person, very kind and had helped many people.
The students of our school and fellow instructors will miss him dearly, and cherish the good memories of Sifu Gerard. We mourn his passing still.
In closing, Sifu Bruce Cheng and the entire Bruce Cheng Martial Arts family would like to extend their condolences to Sifu Gerard's family. May his loved ones be comforted and may the memories of him live on in our hearts and minds.
