08.12.09
Our school will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday, with the last class on Friday, 18th December 2009 at Remuera HQs. During the holiday period you can refine your skills at home by practicing your Forms and drills, but most importantly enjoy your well-deserved rest. We hope to see you all again when we start our first class for next year on Tuesday, 2nd February 2010 at Westmere. All other classes will follow suit.

It's been a challenging year for everyone but many of you have trained diligently, so well done! For those who had to stop training due to other commitments or financial difficulties, we wish you a safe holiday and may next year brings opportunities for you and your loved ones. See you again in the near future.

Ip Man Movie Review19.05.09
Ip Man (The Movie) was a tour-de-force of cinematic experience for martial art enthusiasts. It thrills and entertains the audience with energetic and rapid action sequences. The movie is another creative collaboration between director Wilson Yip (葉偉信) and actor Donnie Yen (甄子丹).
